Episode 14
In this episode I talk to my friend Allana Bianchi.
Allana is engaging and funny with a laugh that is contagious.
She explains the difference between corporate and running tutus, it’s an interesting delineation.
She is also a runner and an Outreach Ambassador for parkrun. She organised an Octogenarian parkrun event to celebrate how age isn’t a barrier to participation (running, walking, volunteering). The outcome was impressive.
We talk all things parkrun and social prescriptions too.
This is such a fun talk. I think it’s a great lead in into Christmas, just pure joy.
